Planning staff described the request from property owner Carlos Castaneda to subdivide the 23,074-square-foot parcel into a 9,419-square-foot parcel (Parcel 1) containing the single-family home and a 13,655-square-foot parcel (Parcel 2) that contains three duplexes.
