Board approves consent agenda, four routine variances granted
Summary

Items approved on the consent agenda included a Belmont University request for setback and fence-height relief at 1909 12th Avenue South (case 2025-123) — approved subject to MDOT conditions — and smaller residential setback variances for properties listed as cases 2026-002, 2026-004 and 2026-005. The board approved the consent package by voice vote after a motion and second; no recorded roll-call tallies were given in the hearing transcript.
Staff advised approved parties to follow up with the codes department and to pursue any necessary permits following the board's action.
