MILWAUKEE — The City of Milwaukee Public Works Committee on Jan. 8 recommended adoption of a set of routine construction and assessment resolutions and approved several honorary namings and a temporary airspace easement tied to a downtown development.
The committee considered multiple project files and substitutes during an early portion of the meeting and approved them by unanimous consent. Committee members likewise recommended honorary namings for a plaza and a street, and recommended temporary airspace easements to allow a construction crane used by the Edison Group to swing over city‑owned parcels adjacent to a redevelopment site.
