The Paradise Town Council on Feb. 11 adopted the plans, specifications and engineer’s estimate for the Town’s on‑system road rehabilitation project for Clark Road, authorizing the project to be advertised for bids with construction anticipated to start in July 2025 and an estimated construction cost of about $6,500,000.
