Leesburg EDC finalizes panelists and registration for Feb. 10 business networking breakfast

Staff reported that Allison created an event graphic and that registration and a Facebook event are live on the Choose Leesburg website, though broad marketing will wait until panelists and biographies are finalized. Eric Bird from the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) and Caitlin Agrero, owner of Positivity Pet Services, were confirmed as panelists; staff said they were in communication with John Mead of MBA Wellness about availability and hoped to secure a third panelist to form a three-person panel.
Staff said they coordinated with public information staff on a news release expected by the end of the week or next week and asked commissioners to send suggested registration questions (demographics and topics) so staff can include them on the form. No vote was required; the commission reviewed the event logistics and offered feedback.
