Molly (city liaison) confirmed the restroom project is included and budgeted in the city's 2026 capital improvement plan. The planned Community Park project includes a new restroom building, expansion of the parking lot, an updated playground and a paved walking trail.
Molly said the city manager’s office will issue the RFP/RFQ, collect submissions and manage selection of the winning bid. Board members discussed timing (early spring when ground thaws) and confirmed staff will coordinate submittals and future presentations to council or a work session.
