Chairman Mayhew moved that House Bill 2,107 be voted "do pass." Following a roll call the chair announced the result: 13 ayes and 2 noes, and he stated that House Bill 2107 was voted do pass. The committee then moved to House Bill 2,302. Chairman Mayhew moved that HB 2302 be voted "do pass," and after a second roll call the chair announced a vote of 14 ayes and 1 no, and reported that House Bill 2302 was voted do pass.
Clerks conducted roll calls for both items and the chair read the tabulated results into the record; no further debate was recorded on either bill during this meeting.
