Shed and site work: commissioners approved a small shed at 68 Somerset Road after staff added a site plan to the packet.
Driveway apron and fence: Ethan Devine, the applicant for 27 Fairgrounds, described plans to extend a rear fence and install a Belgian-block driveway apron; commissioners noted other Belgian-block aprons in the area and approved the plan as submitted.
Fenestration exhibit (23 Orange): Steven presented revisions to windows and doors; commissioners requested an exhibit (Exhibit A) that removes the bottom two rows of glass in favor of a kick panel to improve historic proportioning. The motion to adopt Exhibit A carried.
