Commission postpones calendar, finalizes RFPs for comp plan and historic plan

During the regular business portion of the Nov. 12 meeting, the commission postponed approval of the planning and zoning meeting calendar until a full commission is present and directed staff to bring it back at a future meeting.
Community Development staff reported finalizing RFP responses for the comprehensive plan and the historic plan and said next month's meeting will be dedicated to the strategic plan. Staff also said the North Mesa traffic study presentation is being coordinated with the project consultant and that commissioners will be invited when the consultant and project manager set a date. The chair asked staff to circulate the traffic-study invite as soon as it is scheduled.
Commissioners briefly discussed scheduling constraints for December, potential presenters, and follow-up materials; no formal motions accompanied these administrative reports. Chair closed the meeting after standard closing remarks.
