During the consent portion of the agenda Councilman Doubly moved to approve consent items F1–F6 as presented; Councilman Wills seconded and the motion carried with a recorded voice vote of 6–0. Consent items included approval of Jan. 6 meeting minutes (F1), a resolution awarding the town hall restroom renovation phase‑2 contract to CGC General Contractors, receipt of the Keller quarterly financial and investment reports for period ending Sept. 30, 2025 (F3 and F4), ratification of a purchase agreement with Saratoga Rack Marketing LLC for fuel purchases under a Tarrant County coop (F5), and authorization for the city manager to execute an interlocal agreement among Keller, Southlake, Grapevine and Colleyville for participation in Metroport Team Court (F6).
On new business the council approved a resolution (H1) calling a general election for mayor and City Council places 5 and 6 to be held May 2, 2026; the motion to call the election was moved by Councilwoman Bridal and seconded by Councilman Wills.
