YAVAPAI COUNTY, Ariz. โ Yavapai County supervisors voted unanimously Oct. 6 to appoint Phil Bourndham as county manager, approving terms that make the hire effective Oct. 20, 2025.
Vice Chair Compton introduced the motion, stating, "I move to appoint Phil Bourndham as county manager at the same rate of pay as a recently departed manager effective 10/20/2025."
