He also reported that parks staff submitted an intent to apply for the FY27 Land and Water Conservation Fund (LPRF) grant at the Tennessee Department of Environment & Conservation’s recommendation to support north-end park development, noting final eligibility depends on completing LWCF conversion compliance and federal review.
Graham closed by reiterating storm-preparedness advice to residents and thanking public-safety and public-works staff for their anticipated response to severe weather over the coming weekend.
