Davenport council identifies four nominees for code of conduct committee; resolution to be prepared

Sam, the city corporation counsel, said a resolution for the council’s adoption will be prepared and placed on the agenda for the first cycle of February. He advised that in past practice the committee has not had a designated chair and that committee members are treated as coequal under the guidelines.
