Rutherford County DSS board adopts rules requiring physical quorum, keeps emergency exception for remote meetings

Rutherford County Department of Social Services board members voted in November to adopt revised rules of procedure that require board members to be physically present to count toward quorum and to vote, while allowing remote participation only during a governor- or legislature-declared state of emergency.
