Staff also noted that Oregon Housing and Community Services provided an award letter indicating the city could move $1,250,000 from an infrastructure grant to a business incubator grant if the city chooses to do so as part of the Gateway project funding options; staff said subcommittee interviews for redevelopment teams are underway.
