Committee forwards physician assistant licensure compact draft to full committee

Legal counsel cautioned that adding provisions outside the division’s scope could raise single-subject-rule problems.
Given timing concerns about the compact going live in other states, members agreed to continue research on possible technical fixes but voted to forward LC 25.1385 to the full committee for special-session consideration and public hearing.
