Yamhill County commissioners approve zoning change, health amendments and $1.55 million government services building contract

Construction contract: The board approved a construction services contract and notice to proceed with Hayworth Inc. for improvements to the Government Services Building (GSB) in a not‑to‑exceed amount of $1,548,454, effective upon approval through Aug. 1, 2026.
Early learning support: Commissioners also approved submitting a letter of support for the Northwest Early Learning Academy’s request for $1,500,000 from Business Oregon; staff noted the county has already invested roughly $700,000 in the project.
