Board gives Blue Rock Premier Properties more time to finish fire-safety repairs; fire inspector reports progress

Property representative John Jones told the board he expects full completion by Feb. 18 but asked for an additional 30 days; the board granted an extension to Feb. 11, 2026, and recorded that staff will check in monthly on progress.
What happens next: The property remains under oversight; if work is not completed by the board’s next meeting it may be returned for additional action, and fines specified in prior notices may begin to accrue.
