The clerk’s roll call recorded yes votes from Wright, DeAlberto and Vitale and the motion passed.
The commission then adjourned the organizational meeting at 6:06 p.m. and immediately called the regular meeting to order. A motion to approve the minutes was made, seconded and approved by roll call (Vitale: yes; Wright: yes; De Alvaro/DeAlberto: yes). The clerk reported there were no public speaker slips and commissioners indicated no new business.
