City staff provided councilors with a copy of the grant details that had been supplied to the clerk and made available to members. Councilors did not request further technical specification discussion at the meeting, and the matter will return to the council after the scheduled public hearing.
Next steps: the council will hold the scheduled public hearing and, depending on public input and staff recommendation, will take final action on acceptance of the grant.
