Board members asked for a short written proposal from the vendor with setup fees, annual subscription costs and a clear description of included user seats and what, if any, additional fees would apply for excess users. The board also instructed county staff to check contract cancellation terms with the current vendor and to return with a proposal that clarifies fiscal impacts for the FY27 budget.
