Speaker 3 moved that the board approve the 2026 draft work plan and authorize the chair and staff liaison to make any necessary changes, including those directed by County Council; Speaker 4 seconded. The motion passed by voice vote and was recorded as unanimously approved.
The board noted the plan is intended to be iterative — items may be refined, phased, or reassigned as staff and working groups bring proposals forward. The chair asked staff to continue using the work plan as a public-facing summary of anticipated priorities while detailed project scoping and budget decisions are handled separately.
