Dundee council unanimously authorizes submission of five water-rights applications

"There are five different water rights applications," the counsel said. He recommended the council direct the city administrator to work with him and the consultant to add minor comments and then submit the materials to the state agency; he noted an October 15 deadline for one of the filings.
Council members moved and seconded the recommendation and recorded the vote as unanimous. The council asked staff to aim to have the applications filed before the next council meeting so the city does not miss the October filing window.
