Board adopts 2026 committee assignments, corrects clerical errors

Chair Diane Burgis introduced the item as a clerical update, noting some members had more assignments than others and that a few corrections were needed. Supervisor Candace Anderson said the Southwest Area Transportation (SWAT) subregional committee should list her as the primary representative with Supervisor Ken Carlson as alternate to reflect the San Ramon Valley representation. "SWAT is one of our sub regional transportation committees," Anderson said, explaining why the primary assignment should align with local geography.
Supervisors also discussed renaming references and ensuring the East Bay Wildfire Coalition of Governments was properly listed. Supervisor Chanel Smales Preston moved adoption of the recommendations; Supervisor Ken Carlson seconded. The motion passed unanimously.
The board directed the clerk to post the amended master list and Form 806 to the county website as described in the resolution adopted at the meeting.
