During Q&A, supervisors asked about vendor comparisons, participation in cooperative purchasing (TIPS), and yearly subscription increases; staff said detailed firm quotes require a full procurement process but noted a 5% discount available because the county already uses Central Square for records management. A motion to allow County Administrator Tim Fitzgerald to sign the contract as presented was moved and seconded, and the board voted to approve the action.
Staff said deployment would take roughly 15 months from contract and the project team will return with implementation milestones and appropriation details for subscription costs in future budget cycles.
