The commission's finance director reported the Advertising & Promotion fund is "right on target," noting that revenue collected for 2025 as of June represents about 42% of the year's expected totals.
The finance director clarified how the report treats month-to-month receipts (January receipts represent December collections), said expenditures could be provided on request, and acknowledged a date error in the printed report (June 31). A commissioner moved to accept the financial report, roll-call votes were recorded as affirmative, and the motion carried.
Staff said they can provide more detailed expenditure information for any specific grantee or line item upon request. The commission will use the financial standing as it considers grant-limit policy changes in an upcoming workshop.
