Commissioners approve one-year amendment to wastewater disposal agreement with Prineville

Van Vactor said nothing substantive in the underlying agreement changed; it is an extension intended to maintain operations while staff pursue longer-term arrangements. Commissioner Speaker 3 then moved to adopt Resolution No. 1635, which approves the amendment; there was no substantive discussion before the roll call.
Recorded affirmations on the vote included Speaker 5 ("Aye"), Speaker 2 (recorded as "Kermit, I."), Speaker 1 (recorded as "Crawford, I."), and Speaker 7 ("Yeah"); the chair declared the motion carried and staff thanked participants.
