On student parking (Policy 5515), Dr. Reuter said the revisions limit on-campus use to vehicles students own or have permission to operate, permit searches consistent with policy and allow designated uses for snowmobiles/off-highway vehicles in rural districts but recommended limiting that practice given Germantown's village setting.
Motion and next step: The committee approved the Neola packet modifications (including the storage-area wording change for Policy 5514) and will forward the packet and specific edits to the full board for final action.
