La Plata Historic Preservation Commission elects officers, approves minutes and adjourns

The commission then conducted its annual officer elections. Paul nominated Rich Gilpin for chair; the nomination was seconded and approved by unanimous vote. For vice chair, Jane nominated Stewart Bowling; Marybeth seconded and Bowling was retained as vice chair by unanimous vote.
The meeting concluded after routine reports and a public-comment period. A motion to adjourn was made and seconded; the meeting adjourned at 12:19 p.m.
