The Vermont State Colleges Board of Trustees approved the nominating committee’s recommendation to reappoint Trustee David Silverman to a four-year term.
Trustee Bombardier told the board the nominating committee met before the session and unanimously recommended that "Dave Silverman would continue to be a trustee with us for the next 4 years." The board moved to place the recommendation before the full board; a motion and second were recorded and the chair called for the ayes. The chair noted there were no opposed votes and described Silverman as "a valuable member of our team." Silverman was confirmed as a continuing trustee.
The reappointment was handled during the regular meeting and no additional conditions or dissent were recorded on the transcript.
