Tupelo council approves multiple development-code amendments on signs, breweries and subdivisions

All development-code items and proof-of-publication acknowledgments were moved, seconded and recorded as approved without a recorded roll-call tally in the meeting transcript; the presiding officer announced each as "Unanimous."
