Councilmembers asked a brief question from a nearby resident about paint prep on adjacent cottages; Ford confirmed detailed prep specifications were included in the bid packet and staff will hold the contractor to those standards.
Vote: The resolution to execute the contract (Resolution 2026‑004) was adopted by roll call; the clerk recorded affirmative votes from all council members present. The contract will be executed and staff will oversee construction and contingency use.
