Council authorizes $17,603.25 purchase of snow pusher for downtown streets

Two vendor quotes were included in the council packet; staff recommended awarding to the low bidder. The purchase was budgeted up to $20,000 in the 2026 budget and staff indicated the cost falls within that amount.
Council member Miss Stevens moved to authorize the purchase from the general fund; Miss Grube seconded. The council voted in favor and the motion carried.
The motion authorizes the procurement; staff did not present additional options or deferred alternatives during the meeting.
