Councilmember Solentrop introduced an ordinance amending the 2026 budget to cover the previously approved change order on Jefferson Street (STP 6406607); the council approved the ordinance on second reading. The council also adopted a stormwater management policy that establishes a 50/50 cost-share reimbursement and a rock assistance program.
