Board approves HVAC maintenance contract pending legal review; budgeted for 2026

Trustees moved to accept the maintenance contract with the contractor listed in the packet (referred to in discussion as TECO/Tech) for 2026, and the motion was seconded. Trustees added a stipulation that the village attorney review the contract language before final execution. The board noted approximately $4,700 was budgeted for routine maintenance next year; a replacement furnace cost is not included in that amount and will be addressed separately.
The motion to approve the contract with legal review carried unanimously.
