Kevin Sullivan, the project's owner’s project manager from Left Field, told the school committee on Oct. 7 that Brockton High School is in the Massachusetts School Building Authority (MSBA) feasibility and schematic design phase and that work will continue through the coming year. "We're in the feasibility study schematic design phase of MSBA," Sullivan said, noting the team will complete a preliminary design program (PDP) before presenting several options this winter.
