Applicant representative (Cadre Engineering) said the developer has not yet finalized a tenant list and that the business model is intended to permit multiple small tenants and on-site management. Commissioners and some residents pressed for a tenant list, information about possible uses (for example, bottling plants or commercial kitchens), parking demand estimates, truck circulation plans and whether phase 3 power or loading docks would be provided. The applicant said parking would be sized under commercial-support standards and that no dedicated loading-dock fleet yards were planned.
Given the outstanding information needs, a commissioner moved to postpone CU2025052 to 12/11/2025 for additional information including tenant-use data; the motion carried. Staff and applicant said they will prepare a traffic-impact study and tenant-use summary for the next hearing.
