Florence council votes to enter closed session citing litigation

Miss Whelan moved to enter closed session and Mister Wynne seconded. The mayor called for a voice vote; council members responded "Aye." The mayor announced the motion carries and said the council would return to the room to adjourn but did not anticipate additional open-session business.
