Councilmembers also noted a potential conflict of interest for one member and preferred to give the city attorney time to review; a motion to continue PZ 25‑17 to the Feb. 17 meeting was made, seconded and passed unanimously.
PZ case 25‑20 (a proposed R‑1 to PD change for parcels on South **** Price Road) was opened at 5:59 p.m.; no speakers signed up and staff reported a continuance request. Council moved to continue the hearing to the Feb. 17 meeting and approved the continuance unanimously.
The continuances keep the two items on the council's radar while giving staff and applicants time to resolve potential conflicts, consider modifications and provide additional documentation to the council before final action.
