About $390,000 of the grant is directed to the park renovation; roughly $22,974 is allocated for CDBG administration and to subsidize the part-time grants coordinator role.
Council approved the grant acceptance and allocation, and staff said they will move forward with project procurement and compliance obligations under the federal CDBG program. The grant acceptance places the project on the town’s capital schedule and triggers the standard federal reporting, Davis-Bacon and procurement rules that govern CDBG funds.
