PCSSD board approves minutes, waivers, SPED settlement and personnel reports

Special-education settlement - The board voted to approve a special-education settlement recorded on the State Department docket as HDash2509; the vote on the settlement in executive session was followed by a public motion and vote to approve that settlement.
Other notes - The board also outlined the sequence for upcoming executive-session items and hearings and confirmed the meeting would move to recess for several minutes when necessary to conduct hearings that required testimony in closed session.
