SAN FRANCISCO — The Budget and Finance Committee on Feb. 5 recommended that the full Board approve a 10‑year, up to $80 million program management contract between the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) and HDR Stantec Joint Venture to support delivery of the Hetch Hetchy Water Capital Improvement Program, regional water capital projects and local water capital improvements.
