Trustee Kumar said the village should examine noise ordinances and consider ways to address noisy mufflers and late-night vehicle disturbance without overburdening police; he asked staff to follow up with a report for a future meeting and to contact the Lawson family mentioned earlier.
Trustee O'Donnell and other trustees asked that a long-standing resident request to reverse parking on Wildwood (west of the Recreation Center) be reopened for board-level discussion; Trustee O'Fano said the scooter issue would appear on the July 11 docket for further review.
No new enforcement policy was adopted at the meeting. Trustees directed staff to prepare options and legal guidance for future consideration.
