Tammy Lawson also asked the board to freeze the fence installation at 115 North Addison Road until the matter is resolved. Residents and trustees discussed inspection and permitting requirements during the meeting; the record shows callers said a plat of survey was requested but not provided. No formal board action on amendments or a freeze was taken at the June 9 meeting.
