- 625 South U.S. Highway 1 (CE2025-133, owner MJG Investments LLC): The magistrate found the property vacant and ordered removal of outdated business signage, weed and trash cleanup, removal of window shutters and any required permits within 15 days; failure to comply carries a $250-per-day fine and 30 days to appeal.
- 805 Texas Court (LotClearing 2025-68, owner Vanessa Ewan): The magistrate ordered seven days to cut grass and weeds, trim trees and shrubs, remove trash and landscape debris; failure to comply will result in a $100-per-day fine.
- 534 South Fifth Street (LotClearing 2025-704, owner Ellen Velour LLC): The magistrate ordered seven days to cut grass and weeds, trim vegetation, clean fence lines and remove debris; failure to comply will result in a $100-per-day fine.
- 1411 Avenue M (LTCL 2025-95, owner Stevie Anderson): The magistrate ordered seven days to the extent the work has not already been done to cut grass and remove trash and debris; failure to comply will result in a $100-per-day fine.
- North 20 Fifth Street (LTCL 2025-88, parcel owners listed): The magistrate ordered seven days to cut grass and weeds, trim trees and remove trash; failure to comply will result in $100-per-day fines.
In each case, officers introduced photographs and notice-of-violation documents into evidence. The magistrate ordered that failure to comply will permit the city to abate nuisances and assess abatement costs to the property; owners were reminded of their 30-day appeal rights where stated.
