Applicant Colin Grama of Black Creek Engineering told the commission he and the development team had received substantial comments from the Lake Asbury Citizen Advisory Committee and county staff and wanted to revise the plan and return the proposal to the CAC before coming back to the commission. "We got some great comments from the CAC, citizen advisory committee, and some from staff, and we wanna make some substantial changes to the project," Grama said.
