McKinney nonprofit requests county opioid-funding for adolescent treatment

White said the nonprofit operates on modest reimbursement rates (she described receiving about $50 per night from CPS and LifePath) while for-profit treatment centers receive higher per-night rates. She asked commissioners to consider awarding some of the county opioid funding (she referenced approximately $377,000 in available funds) to Grace to Change, noting the organization's limited fundraising capacity and service to low-income families.
