The Collin County Commissioners Court opened public hearings, received no public comment, and approved two replats: the Hudson Addition replat of Lots A-1, B-1 and C-1, and the No Bad Days East replat of Lots 2A, 2B, 2C and 2D.
Eric Gearty, director of engineering, introduced the Hudson Addition replat as a noticed public hearing and said the county had provided required public notice. After calling for speakers and hearing none, a commissioner moved for approval; the motion was seconded and passed unanimously.
The court then opened the public hearing on the No Bad Days East replat, again called for public comment and received none. A motion to approve was made, seconded and passed unanimously.
Why it matters: Replats change lot configurations and are reviewed by county engineering for compliance with platting rules and public-notice requirements. Both matters moved forward with no public opposition.
No additional conditions or attachments were announced during the meeting.
