Trustee Cooper warned of cumulative effects of approving multiple residential projects without holistic review and asked the board to incorporate school district capacity analysis into decision‑making. Trustee Deboni cited the village’s 12‑month permit rule and the seven‑year interval since the original approval, and she favored a remand to allow new residents to comment.
The board motion to remand the matter to the New Development Commission for public hearing carried on roll call.
