Doran and other trustees asked that the board be notified when such actions affect larger awards; trustees agreed to a $100,000 notification threshold and moved to approve the amendment as amended. The amendment passed on roll‑call votes.
Trustee Dorn asked for clarification on line items in the voucher list (9b10), noting two sizeable entries tied to Foxtail restaurant: an escrow reimbursement and a village development assistance payment. Staff explained the first is reimbursed from escrow and the second is the village’s cost; trustees then approved the voucher list.
